We have opened a new Support Group on Facebook. It can be used to notify members of any problems with the site and hosting, or just for general support questions.

NOTE: Points can be exchanged for Cas by using the "Converter" on your account page. If you leave the Group after exchanging the Points your Account Balance will be adjusted accordingly (Points will show a negative balance until you build them up again)
